Paris Hilton & Cy Waits Shop for Engagement Rings

Engagement rumors are swirling!

Paris Hilton and boyfriend Cy Waits were spotted shopping for engagement rings in New York on Friday (February 22).

Paris and Cy have been dating for about a year. On a recent stint with David Letterman, the heiress told Dave that Cy is “the one”!  Of course, he pointed out that the last time she was on the show Doug Reinhardt was “the one”. Good one Dave!

The couple have popping up recently to promote her new iPhone app. (The app inserts Paris into photos, tells you if you’re “hot or not” and provides news and quizzes about Paris).

Paris also revealed that she would like to start a family now that she has turned 30, and she would like 3 or 4 kids.  Waits, 35, waited impatiently for Paris backstage at the “Late Show“.

Waits has an upcoming August 22nd court date, where he faces face felony criminal charges stemming from a traffic stop in which police reported a “vapor trail” of marijuana coming from his black Cadillac Escalade. That same traffic stop landed Hilton in trouble as well, as she was arrested for possession of drugs.

Waits was dropped as managing partner at Wynn and Encore’s Tryst and XS nightclubs because of the charges. And Paris was asked not to return to the casino, ever.

No worries, good thing he has Paris to plug his new company on a national television show like Letterman.
