You’ll be seeing a lot more of Emma Watson in your local mall and in magazine ads. The Harry Potter star was recently named the new face of Lancôme!
Emma recently hinted on Twitter that she had landed a major beauty deal, revealing clues such as “This Pretty Woman was their latest recruit,” and “It starts with an L and ends with an E. I’m sure you have guessed the new face of Lancôme is me!”
Just this morning (March 14) the cosmetics company made it official, announcing that Emma will be joining the likes of Julia Roberts, Penelope Cruz and Kate Winslet as a brand ambassador.
Youcef Nabi, president of Lancôme International said:
“Thanks to her charm, romanticism and her incredible modernity, Emma Watson has become the icon of her generation. We are delighted by this new collaboration with Emma, who brings a fresh spirit to Lancôme.”
Emma has also done two Burberry ad campaigns in the fall 2009 and in spring 2010.
Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel have ended their 3 ½ year relationship.
According to People magazine, a source states, “It really was mutual. There really wasn’t a final straw. They’re just two people who realized they wanted different things in life and were headed in different directions. It was just easier to end it now rather than later.”
According to the source, there was no proof of any infidelity on either part.
However, it was just last month that Justin was seen with his Friends with Benefits costar Mila Kunis and they were “pretty inseparable” at an after party for the Screen Actors Guild Awards. But, of course, it was said that the two were just friends.
In October, rumors were flying that Timberlake was cheating on Biel with actress Olivia Munn. That one went nowhere.
Reportedly, Biel looked the other way when it came to cheating rumors, but it was still was hard on their relationship.
Selena Gomez has just released her new single “Who Says”, and here is the accompanying music video for her new song!
Selena recently called in to the Ryan Seacrestradio show on LA’s KIIS FM. And when asked about her new song, she said, “I think this song is such a great message for my fans, and it really touched me when I heard it, and I thought it would be perfect for them…I feel like my fans need this song, especially with Twitter and Facebook it’s really negative for me … within that world is such easy access to people’s feelings.”

David Beckham, 35, announced the news Friday afternoon at an L.A. Galaxy fan luncheon, ESPN reports.
David stated:
“Obviously, we’re very lucky to be expecting again, and this is the first time I’m going to say it: It’s a little girl. We’re still in shock. Obviously, having three boys, you kind of expect another one, so finding out a little girl is in there is surprising, but, obviously, we are over the moon. Our three boys are happy and excited, and Victoria is doing well.”
In December, Victoria, 36, made an appearance on The View. The women talked about Victoria having another child, even though she hadn’t announced her pregnancy. Victoria stated that if she were to be blessed with another child, she would like a girl (the couple have 3 boys), but said she’d be happy with either.
David and Victoria are parents to sons Cruz, 6, Romeo, 8½, and Brooklyn, 12.
Ne-Yo, who we know for his smooth songs and dance moves, is making another move.
Ne-Yo has just closed a deal with Cartoon Network to produce his own show.
And that show is a cartoon called “I Heart Tuesdays”. Ne-Yo recently told reporters that the show will be about “a 16-year-old girl that inherits the curse of her bloodline and she’s forced to save the world from the unknown evil every Tuesday for the rest of her life”.
The Grammy award winner will also be starring in the new film “Battle: LA”, in theaters today (March 11).
Ne-Yo’s latest CD, “Libra Scale,” was released in November 2010.
Audrina Patridge, who is about to launch her brand new reality show, has ended her on/off romance with BMX racer, Corey Bohan.
The split comes just after rumors that Audrina recently hit it off with polo player Nic Roldan.
A source, as reported by Us magazine stated, “Major sparks flew between Audrina and Nic Saturday night, and the entire evening they couldn’t stop laughing and touching each other. Audrina seemed to be having the time of her life, dancing and mingling with guests, but you could tell she was especially focused on Nic.”

Christina Aguilera was arrested for public intoxication early Tuesday morning (March 1) and jailed for her own safety until she sobered.
Aguilera, 30, was a passenger in a car driven by her boyfriend, Matthew Rutler. The couple was pulled over at 2:45 a.m. when deputies noticed the vehicle driving erratically.
Both were booked, Aguilera for public intoxication and Rutler for DUI. Law enforcement officials say that Rutler blew a .09 on a breathalizer and impounded his car after he was arrested.
Christina was released from custody at about 7:30 a.m., according to Los Angeles County Sheriff’s spokesman Steve Whitmore.
“We have no desire to prosecute, none whatsoever. It is just for a public safety issue,” said Whitmore. “When she was able to navigate and to think on her own and make her own way, she was released. She was not capable to taking care of herself. She was incapacitated,” continued Whitmore. “She was cooperative. She was not belligerent in any way whatsoever. She was just intoxicated.”
“As she got better, she just said, ‘I would like to leave,’” says Whitmore, and Christina was released.
