According to TMZ, Waring was arrested in Irvine, California on Friday night (July 23) on a warrant for a probation violation.
It’s getting almost impossible to keep up with Waring’s rap sheet. In June 2008, he served 240 days in jail when his mother, Lauri turned him into the cops (possession of heroin and ecstasy and intent to sell), then in July 2009 (possession of narcotics and drug paraphernalia), and April 2010 (battery on a spouse or significant other and false imprisonment, both misdemeanors).
Lauri was featured on the Bravo reality show from seasons 1 to the middle of the 4th. She was said to have left the show for more privacy of her life and family.
Guess Lauri didn’t take her son into consideration and being able to keep her life private.
Earlier this year, Hall revealed that he was battling cancer. But now, after receiving treatment, he is healthy. Michael says he is grateful for the support he received from his cast and crew during the tough time.
“I count myself lucky on so many fronts – and certainly in regards to the Hodgkin’s lymphoma,” Michael told reporters at this year’s Comic-Con International.
“It’s a real gift to be able to go back to work,” says Hall. “One of the best things about it is that it emerged at a time when we were close to the end of shooting. I was able to treat it over the hiatus and it didn’t interrupt our production schedule, which, obviously, would have its effect on me, but it would have its effect on our cast, our crew, people who count on this family to keep making the show.”
And we are certainly happy that Michael is doing great and we can look forward to more Dexter! The Showtime series starts season 5 on September 26, 2010.

Angelina Jolie looked red hot in Moscow, Russia on Sunday (July 25) for the premiere of Salt.

In Salt, Angelina plays a CIA agent falsely accused of being a Russian spy. It had a strong first weekend in the U.S., with an estimated $36.5 million in box office sales. But it slipped to the number two spot whenLeonardoDiCaprio‘s Inception earned $43.5 million in its second weekend out.
Zsa Zsa Gabor, 93, is in critical condition and may have suffered a stroke.
Zsa Zsa broke her hip on Saturday (July 17), after falling out of bed in an attempt to answer the phone.
On Friday (July 23), Prince Frederic von Anhalt, Zsa Zsa’s ninth husband, said that she is not in a coma, however, she is not responding to those around her.
“The doctors want to observe her over the weekend to make sure her condition improves, but right now it is not looking good,” von Anhalt said.

Lindsay Lohan has already had visits from her attorney, mom, Dina Lohan and younger sister, Ali Lohan. Now, on Thursday (July22), ex-girlfriend, Samantha Ronson, reportedly visited Lindsay behind bars.
Samantha arrived at the Century Regional Detention Facility, in Lynwood, California, at 1:40 PM on Thursday and stayed for an hour visit.
Reporters waited outside and asked Samantha how Lindsay was holding up, reportedly her response was, “How do you think she’s doing?”
On Thursday, a spokesperson from the Los Angeles Sherriff’s Department told reporters, “Inmates are allowed two 30 minute visits a week, from family and friends. Those don’t include professional visits by attorneys. Ms. Lohan already has had her two thirty minute visits for the week.”
Lindsay will now not be allowed visitors until next week.
Kerr’s excuse for missing an upcoming appearance in her native Australia is because she’s… going on her honeymoon!
It’s only been a month since their engagement was announced, officially!
“David Jones very graciously released me during this period so we could celebrate an intimate ceremony and honeymoon together,” Kerr said in a statement to People Magazine.
“I’m very much a part of the David Jones Family and I am very committed to my role. I am enormously grateful to David Jones to have been given this time to enjoy such a special moment in my life.”
No other details about the ceremony are available, nor any information where the couple are planning to spend their honeymoon.
The Los Angeles County Coroner has found that Simon Monjack died from acute pneumonia and severe anemia, which are the same two causes of death of his late wife, Brittany Murphy.
Simon, 40, was found dead May 23 at his home by his mother-in-law, Sharon Murphy, just five months after Brittany, 32, died.
The coroner’s office said pneumonia was the primary cause of Murphy’s death but anemia and multiple drug intoxication were contributing factors.
At Monjack’s family’s request, further tests will be conducted before the full autopsy report will be released.
Sharon Murphy released a statement:
“I am still in shock and mourning over the deaths of my daughter Brittany and son-in-law Simon,” Sharon said. “It is with great relief that Simon’s preliminary autopsy findings have been released, so the media speculations can stop… As I was sure of, just like my daughter Brittany, there was no kind of drug overdose.”
“I am calling on the media to stop the reckless innuendos that my daughter and son-in-law misused any kind of prescription medications,” Sharon added. “Thank you to the thousands of people who have sent letters and emails letting me know I am in their thoughts and prayers. I am getting stronger every day.”
