Tiger Woods is planning to make a public apology at 11:00 am this Friday (February 19) at the TPC Sawgrass clubhouse in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida.

American Lindsey Vonn strapped on her skis on Wednesday (February 17), and brought home another Gold medal for the USA!
Talk for the two weeks prior had been about a bad bruise on her right shin (sustained during a slalom training run in Austria on Feb. 2) and that it might have kept her from skiing at all in the Vancouver Winter Games.
Though she was in very much pain Vonn, a reigning two-time World Cup overall champion, kept it together and pulled through to score the Gold in the women’s downhill ski event Wednesday. She is the first American ever to do so. American teammate Julia Mancuso took the silver.
A third lawsuit was filed on Tuesday (February 16) against the Jillian Michaels Maximum Strength Calorie Control pill in Los Angeles County Court.
In Kathy Hensley claim, she states that the diet pills contain a “potentially lethal” ingredient called citrus aurantium, which apparently can cause high blood pressure and cardiac issues in rare instances.
In the lawsuit, it also names the pills’ maker Thin Care, Basic Research and Walgreens. She’s suing for less than $5,000.
Wow, looks like Michaels might be in trouble and she may be the Biggest Loser. But, we’ll see and keep you updated!

It has been three weeks since the beloved pit bull, CinnaBun disappeared. Owner, Jesse James and wife Sandra Bullock got good news today when the pit bull was returned.
James wrote a message on the West Coast Chopperswebsite:
“The search is over! We got a call from a gal by the name of Rosaura in Los Angeles today saying she had Cinny. Since we have had quite a few false alarms, we were cautiously optimistic. She said she’d bring Cinnabun to us, and everyone at the shop was really anxious for her to get here to see if it was, in fact, Cinny. The car pulls in, the door flings open, and out pops Cinnabun! It’s been just over 3 weeks since we last saw her, and were starting to wonder if we’d ever get her back…and there she was.”
“She’s in good shape…maybe a few pounds thinner than when she left. But super happy to be home. We’re taking her to the vet to get her all checked out and chipped, and GPS’d, and live-tracked by Google Earth…the works. We don’t want to lose this little gal again!!!”
“Thanks to everyone who sent us emails, calls, and well wishes over the past few weeks, and a BIG thanks to Rosaura in Los Angeles who found her and brought her back.West Coast thanks you all, and a special thanks from Mr.T who is happy to have his little buddy back. Let the barking, wrastlin’, and bone chasing begin!”
What a happy ending! We are so happy to hear that CinnaBun was returned safe!

TLC and Jon Gosselin have settled their lawsuits against one another.
But a spokesperson for TLC says that the terms are “confidential” and that that “the whole Gosselin family remain under contract with TLC.”
TLC filed the lawsuit last year against Gosselin, for breach of contract, regarding his paid interviews and public appearances, which TLC said violated Gosselin’s contract and garnered bad publicity. A judge ordered Gosselin from making any unauthorized public appearances.
Gosselin in turn countersued the network for $5 million, claiming TLC damaged his reputation.
Um, excuse me Jon, but we think YOU damaged your reputation!
Linkin Park is supporting the effort to aid Haitian earthquake victims with their new video “Not Alone.”!
“Not Alone” was written and recorded specifically for the “Download to Donate for Haiti” campaign, which was launched by the band’s non-profit organization Music for Relief.
The song is amazing as is the video. This is a real treat for LP fans, but more importantly a worthwhile cause.
Kevin Smith, actor and director recently had a bout with Southwest Airlines. He was kicked off a flight because he didn’t fit comfortably into the seat (so the airline says).
Smith took to his Twitter to vent:
“Had three seats/whole row for me & Jen. She skipped SF, so I went solo checked in and was given the 2 tix there & return 2 (for that p.m.).”
“Going out, even with 2 tix, I only sat in one seat, sleeping against window, w/empty seat between me and follow passenger. Coming back would”
“have been the same, at 7pm. But I got to the airport early enough to try to bump-up my flight to 5:20 – a practice @SouthwestAir does often.”
“I was told 5:20 flight was packed, but I could go Standby. They sent me to gate. Told lady whole story, and she said there wouldn’t be two”
“seats on that earlier flight. I said I only needed one seat & that I didn’t buy an extra seat because I’m fat (which I am), but because I’m”
“anti-social and didn’t want to sit next to someone & possibly have to make convo (in person, I’m very shy). She said she understood. I was”
“issued the solo ticket. I get on the plane: open seat in the front row. Put my bag away, the sit between two ladies. As I’m about to buckle”
“my extender-less seatbelt, the woman who issued the ticket to me appeared in the doorway of the plane, came over to me and said the Captain”
“said I wasn’t going to be allowed to sit there because I was a safety risk. I asked for clarification and was given none (also asked “Please”
“don’t do this” but that, too, fell on deaf ears. Ladies on either side said I wasn’t a problem. SWA-lady said arm-rests the decider. Arm-“
” rests come down, and voila! I’m legit! I’ve passed the stinkin’ arm-rest-test. And still, the lady asks me to get up and come with her off”
“the plane. I get up without a fuss at all, quietly grab my bag, make eye contact with a fellow Fatty who was praying he’d pass, and leave.”
“You think I wanna fuck around on an airplane? I was right: I fit in that seat. But I can’t risk not complying: I’m more afraid of AirFeds.”
Smith Tweeted about his humiliating expulsion Saturday (February 13) from the Oakland-to-Burbank, Calif. flight. Southwest said in a statement airline officials had offered Smith their “heartfelt apologies,” but that his removal was for the “safety and comfort of all customers.”
Smith, who played Silent Bob in his Clerks movies has been battling his weight for years – “I know I’m fat,” he says. He was given a $100 voucher when he arrived in Burbank on a later flight. But he was in no mood to accept an apology.
After landing in Burbank, Smith Twittered:
“Don’t worry: wall of the plane was opened & I was airlifted out while Richard Simmons supervised.”
