Executive producer Silvio Horta and ABC president Steve McPherson said in a joint statement yesterday, “We’ve mutually come to the difficult decision to make this Ugly Betty’s final season, and are announcing now as we want to allow the show ample time to write [...] As being reported, Ashley Jenson was said to be leaving the show “Ugly Betty“. Now her rep has made a statement and says it’s “not true”. On the show, Ashley plays Betty’s best work pal, Christina McKinney, who is carrying Wilhelmina Slater and Bradford Meade’s child, thus making her integral to the outlandish and campy [...] “Ugly Betty’s” Ana Ortiz is preggers. The baby will be the first for Ana and her husband, Noah Lebenzon, guitarist for the band Half Life. “They are thrilled and ecstatic,” a friend of the couple says. “They can’t wait to be parents.” |
