During a recent trip to New York, Katie Holmes found herself in a rather embarrassing situation.

Katie recently appeared on the “Ellen DeGeneres Show,” and shared about how her daughter Suri got her hands on some gummy candy that was shaped like “boy parts”.

Katie told hostess, Ellen DeGeneres, “Recently, I took her to get ice cream in New York at this place called Serendipity that we go to all the time. It’s for kids. The clientele is children. We go in and we are waiting for a table and she grabs some gummies that are boy part gummies. I was horrified. P-e-n-i-s gummies. I said, oh wow those aren’t Swedish fish.”

Katie continued, “They are called p-e-n-i-s gummies and they look like it. She was holding the box and I was like ok, wow we don’t need that right now. Because I thought if I said put that back and then she’s going to say, what is this? And I really didn’t want to have that conversation. I was like, why are selling these here? This is for kids. And then it was on the cover of a magazine that I’m giving her those gummies.”

Nothing like a little PR Band-Aid for Katie and Suri!  What do you think?

Jessica Simpson, 29, tells Ellen on The Ellen DeGeneres Show that she only brushes her teeth “maybe three times a week.”

And you may ask why?

Jessica says, “Because my teeth are so white and I don’t like them to feel too slippery but I do use Listerine and I do floss every day.  But I don’t brush them every day.”

“My lips just slide all over the place….I can’t catch up with my mouth,” she adds. “I need a little coating….”

“I know it’s gross but I always have fresh breath,” she insists. “It’s really weird but I have great breath.”

Ummm, gross!

Jessica says that she is currently looking for her next guy.

“I mingle around very privately,” Jessica says. “I have ways in and out of my house and certain places that I go that are private just so I can have a normal life. I’m still out there and bring normal.”

Umm, ya, okay Jessica.  Still trying to get the yuck mouth thing out of our heads!

Rihanna made a guest appearance on Ellen DeGeneres Show on Monday (January 25).  Ellen DeGeneres asked the “Umbrella” singer how many tattoos she actually has.

“Approximately 13,” Rihanna says.

And her latest body art is across her chest and reads, ‘Never a failure always a lesson,’” says Rihanna.  “It’s basically saying that it’s ok to make a mistake, just don’t make them twice.”

But what makes this tattoo unique is- she got it backwards so she can read it “in the mirror to myself.”

Rihanna, 21, rocks a brightly colored mini-dress while she sang her latest song.

Kim Zolciak, star of “The Real Housewives of Atlanta,” was on The Ellen DeGeneres Show yesterday, December 8, to perform her song, “Tardy for the Party.”
 
But Ellen was smart!  Kim’s performance did not air on the show, but was only available via the web.

It looked as if Kim may have been lip-syncing or just singing along with a track of her voice, but either way, we sure didn’t hear any improvement. 

As much as we love ya Kim, don’t quit your day job!

After months and months of baby talk for Mariah Carey- they continue.

 Just two weeks ago, Mariah appeared on The Ellen DeGeneres Show and she told Ellen DeGeneres that she wasn’t pregnant, even as she turned down a proffered glass of champagne.

The New York Post says spies supposedly spotted the high-maintenance chanteuse exiting the Los Angeles office of a “well-known” OB-GYN. What’s more, say the moles, Mariah was “clutching what looked like a sonogram and being greeted by her entourage with cheers. She was ebullient.”

Still, it may be premature to start the bun-in-the-oven talk: Mr. Mariah Carey, Nick Cannon tells Ryan Seacrest  the rumors are false, adding that they weren’t even in L.A. at the time of the ostensible OB-GYN sighting.

Ellen DeGeneres showed a brief segment where she spens some time with Britney Spears.  The pair are seen singing Christmas carols while they are joking and laughing about.

The entire segment airs on The Ellen DeGeneres Show on Tuesday, December 16.

On Mondays episode of “The Ellen Degeneres Show“, Will Smith talks of an awkward moment he had with his wife, Jada Pinkett Smith, and Ellen Degeneres- too funny! Since the announcement of Ellen’s own marriage plans, she has made it a point to talk about nuptials a little too often these days. However, Smith did have a refreshing opinion of his own, “divorce is not an option”. At least that is his explanation of how he has managed to keep his 10-year marriage going in a town when 6 months is a long time together.

Will and Jada have always seemed like the perfect couple- good for them!
