No Comments » Nicollette Sheridan has filed a $20 million lawsuit against her former employer, Marc Cherry, claiming he physically abused her on the set of Desperate Housewives. The lawsuit was filed Monday in a Los Angeles Superior Court. Sheridan, 46, alleges assault and battery and wrongful termination. Sheridan says that there was a dispute over the script [...] Julie Benz was out of work for like one minute. After her character, Rita was killed off in the season 4 finale of Dexter; Benz has another gig lined up. According to EW, Benz will be stopping by Wisteria Lane on Desperate Housewives. Benz will reportedly be playing the role of Debbie, a stripper with [...] Nicollette Sheridan, aka, Edi will be leaving Desperate Housewives. Sheridan’s rep has confirmed. “She had a great time on the show and is looking forward to her next project,” her rep says. The show’s finale is set to air in May. And there’s no word on how she’ll go out. Desperate Housewives actor, Gale Harold is improving after suffering serious injuries in a motorcycle accident that happened this past tuesday. Gale had swelling on the brain and a fractured shoulder but is expected to recover. Officials say he will be transferred to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center when a bed becomes available.
