Ryan Reynolds, 34, and Scarlett Johansson, 26, have separated and plan for divorce.

Ryan and Scarlett released this statement to the press:

“After long and careful consideration on both our parts, we’ve decided to end our marriage.  We entered our relationship with love and it’s with love and kindness we leave it. While privacy isn’t expected, it’s certainly appreciated.”

Sad.

Vicki Gunvalson of “Real Housewives of Orange County” has filed for divorce from husband, Donn Gunvalson.
 
Documents were filed in an Orange County Superior Court on Monday (October 18).
 
And though it may come as a shock, RHOOC has been following the couple and shown their rocky marriage.  The two renewed their vows in July of 2009 trying to get a “new start”.

The couple were married in 1994 and have no children together.  Vicki has two grown children, Michael and Briana, from a previous relationship.

Christina Aguilera filed for divorce from her husband, music exec Jordan Bratman on Thursday (October 14).

According to TMZ, there is a prenup.  And according to papers filed in a Los Angeles court, Christina is asking for joint physical and legal custody of 2-year-old son Max Liron Bratman. Also, she is asking that no spousal support to be given to her soon-to-be ex.

Tiger Woods and Elin Nordegren Woods have officially divorced.  Both Tiger and Elin were in court in Bay County Circuit Court in Panama City, Florida on Monday (August 23) for the execution of their divorce agreement.

“We are sad that our marriage is over and we wish each other the very best for the future,” they said in a statement. “While we are no longer married, we are the parents of two wonderful children and their happiness has been, and will always be, of paramount importance to both of us.”

The documents do not reveal details of the split.  However, varying reports say that Elin, could receive anywhere from $100 million in assets to as much as five times that amount!  It is also speculated that the couple wanted to share custody of their two children, Sam Alexis, 3, and Charlie Axel, 18 months.

Elin had signed a prenuptial agreement, but it was renegotiated after the sex scandal broke to the media.

Now, it is speculated that Elin may move back to her native Sweden in upcoming months.

And although Tiger is trying to get back into the swing of things with his professional career, his golf game has begun to falter.

In post-tournament press conferences, he refused to answer questions about his marriage, but did open up about his children. “All that really matters is I have two beautiful kids,” he told reporters last month, “and I’m trying to be the best dad I can possibly be, and that’s the most important thing of all.”

Update to: Sandra Bullock Files for Divorce

It’s official.  Sandra Bullock is a single woman again as her divorce from Jesse James was finalized today (June 28).

Bullock and James filed papers last week in Austin, Texas to finalize the divorce of their nearly five-year marriage.  

Sandra, 45, filed for divorce in April in Austin, where she has a home and where the two were originally married.  The papers cited “discord or conflict of personalities” as the reason for the split. And to all of us, infidelity by James.

It is not known if the couple had a pre-nuptial agreement, however James is not entitled to spousal support since in Texas a couple must be married for at least 10 years to qualify.

Now Sandra will be concentrating on finalizing the adoption of her son Louis. It is also assumed that Bullock worked out a visitation schedule for Jesse’s kids.

LeAnn Rimes and Dean Sheremet are officially divorced.

The divorce was finalized on Saturday (June 19). A settlement was reached in December 2009, just a few days after the divorce was filed.

LeAnn, 27, and her Lifetime movie co-star Eddie Cibrian, 37 were caught having an affair in March 2009.

Sheremet, 29, and the adulteress Rimes were married in 2002.  However, after the news of the adultery broke, the couple separated in the summer of 2009.
 
Eddie and his wife, Brandi Glanville, also the mother of his two sons, are also in the process of divorcing.

LeAnn said she was “selfish” for having an affair.  Eddie was taunted as a “cheater” at the Academy of Country Music Awards earlier this year.

Cibrian is also now jobless as he was dropped from CSI: Miami on Thursday (June 17).

Jesse James sat down to talk with ABC’s Nightline on Tuesday (May 25) night.  He talked about being “the most hated man in the world”, his marriage to “America’s Sweetheart”, Sandra Bullock, his infidelities and he says that he was an abused child.

James claims that the of abuse he experienced as a child is what  drove him to cheat on wife Sandra because he was trying to destroy his perfect marriage.   According to James, psychologically, he has destroyed everything good in his life.

“I was a terrorized kid.  I was petrified of my dad … It wasn’t so much getting the shit beat out of me or getting my arm broken or getting kicked or whatever or punched, it was the in-between time. It was the fear of that happening again,” said James.

He says that as a result of his lack of self-worth, “I grew up with a huge amount of shame and fear and abandonment on my shoulders from a very young age, and I think, you know, the way my mind rationalized [cheating], ‘Well, you know, I might as well do whatever I can to like run her off, ’cause she is going to find out what I am anyway and leave me anyway.  The struggle within myself for the things that I did … to damage marriage and my life and everything else, it’s all me. I’m doing it because, you know, I’ve basically never felt good enough for anyone.”

James said it was during his rehab treatment that the memories returned and he realized his own self-destructions.
 
James said that he is 100% sure that Sandra will be divorcing him and that he hopes for a reconciliation of being able to have a friendship with her again.  James says he loves Sandra and he feels horrible for what he did.
 
Jesse and Sandra were in the process of adopting a baby, named Louie.  He says that he will remain in his life and Sandra will remain in his children’s life.
 
As this is a difficult time for Jesse, Sandra, and the children involved- we do wish them the best possible outcome.

After what seems like an eternity of legal war, the marriage between rapper Nas and singer Kelis is officially done!

But, it’s not completely over.  Although the two are officially divorced, now are still a few more nasty battles to fight … like child custody and spousal support.

Currently, Nas is ordered to pay 10k a month for child and spousal support.  But, he says that he can’t afford it, and is asking the judge for a monetary amount to be changed.

Sandra Bullock has filed for a divorce from Jesse James after nearly five years of marriage.

Well, we all saw this coming.  But what didn’t you see coming?

Sandra had adopted a son, 3½-month-old Louis.

Bullock filed papers in Travis County, Texas, where she has a home in Austin.  In the papers, it states that both parties have agreed to the matter being handled within that county since both parties do not claim residency.

James has publicly apologized to Bullock and his three kids for the alleged affairs.  He was recently seen returning home after a 30-day stay in a treatment facility where he sought help for “personal issues.”

Update to: http: James Van Der Beek Files for Divorce

As we previously reported, James Van Der Beek is getting a divorce from wife, Heather Ann McComb. 

Van Der Beek and McComb have reportedly settled upon a spousal support amount of $7,750 a month. 

James will be a single man again on June 3.

Docs filed in a L.A. County Superior Court, says that James will get the Hollywood house and all the movies, stories, scripts, screenplays, etc. that he wrote during their six year marriage.

And according to TMZ, James’ income is around $50,000 a month.
