Kelly Osbourne and British model Luke Worrall have called off their engagement.  Reportedly he had cheated on her.

Kelly Twittered:

“thank you all so much for your support but the matter is private and will not be commenting enough damage has already be done! “

Then, over an hour later Kelly Twittered this:

“you can take my heart but NEVER my sense of humor! “

“i have decided to comment through song and i believe en vogue says it best!” (with a link to the song “My Lovin’ (You’re Never Gonna Get It)”)

Osbourne, 25, and Worrall, 20, got engaged in November 2008. Worrall was often seen during the ninth season of Dancing with the Stars, sitting in the ballroom with her parents, Ozzy Osbourne and Sharon Osbourne.

Kelly Osbourne was the fan favorite and was thought to take the top spot on Dancing with the Stars; things didn’t turn out that way.

Instead, Donny Osmond, 51, won last night with Mya coming in second place.

Osmond and his dancing partner, Kym Johnson, were awarded the Season Nine mirror ball trophy.

After winning and spinning his wife around the dance floor, Donny spoke to some press, “If you saw the work that went into this season. Kym is so amazing. Of all the things I’ve done in my career, this is right up there.”

And Donny’s reaction to beating out Kelly: “I was so shocked when Kelly was eliminated. I couldn’t believe it.”

It’s almost time for Dancing with the Stars’ ninth season. And sixteen celebrities have signed on to do the ABC show, which premieres Monday, Sept. 21.

The Dancing lineup was was announced on Good Morning America this morning. 

The most talked about contestant so far??  Former House of Representatives Majority Leader Tom DeLay.

“He’s a fairly divisive figure in as much as Democrats will probably be hoping he fails and Republicans will probably be melting down the phones to keep him in,” producer Conrad Green admits.  “I love that kind of level of engagement.  Tom loves dancing. He dances with his wife. He watches Dancing with the Stars religiously. For him it was a no brainer, but for us it was an absolute shock.”

Professional dancer/celebrity pairings will be announced on August 24th.

Kelly Osbourne is back in rehab.

Her mother, Sharon Osbourne, confirmed the news to radaronline.com late Thursday.

“Yeah, Kelly’s in rehab,” she said of her daughter.  “What else can we say?” Sharon went on tearfully. “She knew that it was the right thing to do at this point, and we’re proud that she did it. The family is all standing behind her. Kelly knew that she needed help, and she’s getting it.”

Sharon declined to say what Kelly is being treated for. 

“Kelly will tell you herself when she gets out,” said Sharon. “We just pray that everything’s going to be okay.
