Carrie Underwood is beefing up her resume with an acting gig now. Underwood will be appearing on the CBS show “How I Met Your Mother“. She will be playing a pharmaceutical sales rep named Tiffany who Ted, played by Josh Radnor, becomes very interested in. The episode is scheduled to air this March.
