Ed McMahon, 85, is in serious condition in a Los Angeles hospital, suffering from pneumonia and bone cancer. “It’s serious,” Howard Bragman, spokesman for McMahon said when asked about his condition, noting his age. But, Bragman added: “We’re hopeful.” Bragman said McMahon’s wife and family are with him and appreciate the public expressions of concern.
