According to reports, Charlie Sheen has surrendered legal rights of his two children he has with Denise Richards.

Apparently, Charlie and Denise signed a written agreement that gives Denise full legal custody of Sam, 6, and Lola, 4.  Previously, Charlie and Denise shared joint legal custody.

It’s obvious with Charlie’s current marital situation, rehab stints, sobriety issues and criminal problems- this was a perfect time for Denise to jump on that wagon.

Charlie still has visitation rights, according to reports.

Also Charlie has been paying Denise $50,000 a month in since their divorce — and that amount will remain.

Charlie Sheen is getting ready to check out of rehab, according to the Hollywood Reporter.  Filming for Sheen’s CBS sitcom Two and a Half Men will resume on Tuesday (March 16). Production was halted for an additional two weeks to accommodate Sheen’s rehab stay.

Sheen, 44, announced Feb. 23 that he was admitting himself to a rehab facility for “preventative measures”, just as his wife, Brooke Mueller was changing rehab facilities for herself.  But, later we found out that she in fact is still working with a facility but under an at-home treatment so that she may care for couple’s children.

Charlie Sheen” has checked into a rehabilitation facility,” his rep told reporters on Tuesday (February 23).  “He asked that his privacy be honored,” the rep added.
 
Sheen, 44, is taking time off from his CBS show Two and a Half Men and production will be temporarily suspended.

Brooke Mueller, 32, has currently checked into an undisclosed facility to continue her treatment.  And reportedly, she has the couple’s children, Bob and Max, with her.

Reportedly, Brooke Mueller was recently forced to leave The Canyon Rehabilitation Center due to concerns about her privacy.

Mueller has gone to another facility to continue her treatment. And a rep for Mueller says that reports that she’s staying at a friend’s home and not in a treatment center is “totally not true.”

The rep also says that Brooke and her family are considering legal action against those that are printing erroneous and false stories about her and her family.

“Brooke left The Canyon for purposes of privacy, and immediately checked into an undisclosed facility to diligently continue her treatment. Her commitment to recovery and being the best mother she can be remains the most important issue,” said her rep.

Mueller entered rehab the day after Charlie Sheen‘s arraignment in Aspen on felony and misdemeanor charges from a domestic violence arrest last Christmas 2009.

Charlie Sheen’s Mercedes Benz was found crashed in a steep ravine near his home in Sherman Oaks, California, this morning (February 5).

A call was made to a 911 operator reporting that there was a car down a cliff off Mulholland Drive.  And about the same time there was a call to the police from the Sheen home reporting that the car had been stolen.

Searches for potential crash victims are being done, but there was no evidence that anybody was in the car when it went over the edge, according to the AP.

In amidst of the car theft, Sheen will be charged with a felony on Monday for allegedly putting a knife to his wife Brooke Mueller‘s throat and threatening to kill her on Christmas Day.

And Mueller will be heading to Aspen, from an addiction center in North Carolina, this weekend for Sheen’s hearing on Monday (February 8).

Charlie Sheen‘s wife, Brooke Muller, has been released from the hospital on Monday (January 27).

Mueller has been in ICU for an oral infection.  And apparently, doctors told Brooke that she needed to rest and be stress free in the next few weeks.
 
It doesn’t look promising since a hearing for Charlie was rescheduled to February 8th, in Aspen, Colorado.  It was said that Brooke has asked for the restraining order to be lifted from her husband, however a judge denied that request.  A situation that stemmed from an arrest for Charlie who allegedly assaulted Brooke on Christmas Eve.

For now, Brooke is staying with a friend through her recovery.
 
Charlie did visit his wife in the hospital.  No word if two is still seeing each other since her release.

Brooke Mueller has been hospitalized in LA.
 
She was put in ICU on Tuesday night (January 19), with a 105-degree.  Brooke had oral surgery earlier this week.

“Brooke is in the hospital ICU related to the surgery for her impacted wisdom tooth,” Yale Galanter, her lawyer, told reporters. “They are trying to get the infection and fever under control. The infection has spread.”

Brooke was due in court with husband Charlie Sheen in Aspen, Colorado, for a hearing, but was delayed due to her wisdom tooth surgery.

Brooke, reportedly has asked the judge to drop the protective order against Charlie, which was denied.  However, eyewitnesses have spotted Charlie at the hospital where Brooke is currently admitted.

Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller are heading back to Aspen.  However, the troubled couple are not traveling together.

Charlie is scheduled to appear in court tomorrow, January 20, to answer to charges brought against the actor after he allegedly tried to choke his wife and held a knife to her.

Charlie’s lawyers will be asking the judge to lift a restraining order that keeps him away from his wife.

Currently, Brooke has been living in the couple’s home in Los Angeles and Charlie moved out to comply with the terms of the protective order.

We’ve all heard about Charlie Sheen‘s shady past.  But, what about his wife, Brooke Mueller?

Well, surprise!!! He’s not the only one with a law-breaking past.

Mueller, who made the 911 call on Christmas Day after husband, Sheen allegedly threatened her with a knife, also has something of a rap sheet.
 
In fact, Mueller has in fact been arrested on two separate occasions: once for a DUI (Driving Under the Influence) and causing damage to property and another incident was for possession of cocaine. However, both cases were dropped.

The first charge was back in 1996, when the car she was driving crashed into a road sign.  She then failed a sobriety test.
 
According to the incident report, Mueller “had no recognition of hitting any sign,” and had to use the car door “as a brace to remain standing.” She consented to a field sobriety exam, and of the six tests the officer conducted, Mueller passed only one.  She told officers she had drunk wine, taken Vicodin, and previously used both marijuana and cocaine.

The officer noted that while in custody, Mueller showed a sever change of mood swings.  The note stated:  “The mood swings ranged from happy and pleasant to sad. Several moments she started to cry, and then was very pleasant, talkative and cooperative.”

Then, in March of 2001, Mueller was again arrested in Florida, for cocaine possession, a third-degree felony. She was released on $5,000 bond. However, the case was dropped as tests revealed she had no drugs in her system.

Wow, all we can say- what a couple!

As we reported, Charlie Sheen was arrested for an alleged domestic violence  in Aspen, Colo.  Now the 911 call has been released.

During the call, Brooke Mueller says that her husband pulled a knife and threatened her life.

Mueller, who clearly shaken and crying tells the operator, “My husband had me with a knife. I was scared for my life and he threatened me.”

The 911 operator asks how many people are with her, Brooke responds, “I have people here.  My family is here, but if I don’t file this right now … he’s in the other room. He is with somebody but he’s trying to leave.”

It was apparent that Mueller was scared.  When the operator asks for her name, she says, “Brooke” very quietly.  And when asked what her husband’s name she pauses then says, “It’s Charlie Sheen,” and starts to cry.

Since Sheen posted bail and was released from jail, he returned to L.A., however, Mueller and their two 9-month-old twin boys stayed behind in Aspen.

How awful Brooke.  Keep your head up and learn from this.  Don’t ever let this happen again!
