Photos recently surfaced recently of LeAnn Rimes looking very thin and frail. 

And as you know LeAnn isn’t shy to take to her Twitter account to respond to any press.  So, the country star took to her Twitter on Tuesday (March 15) writing:

“I am completely healthy! If people only saw how much I ate.”

On Wednesday (March 16) LeAnn Tweeted:

“I don’t care about the dumb articles. I know how healthy I am. Maybe those people should start taking care of themselves…inside and out. “

“I think everyone can relate when I say today is one of those days when I want to tell the world to kiss my…..cheek ”

The country superstar credits her finely toned physique to a combination of kickboxing and dancing.
