Chris Klein was arrested in Los Angeles on suspicion of DUI on Wednesday (June 16).
The California Highway Patrol says Chris was weaving on the Hollywood Freeway and according to sources- his blood alcohol level was three times the legal limit of .08.
Chris is no stranger to being in trouble with the law. He was arrested for a DUI in 2005 in San Diego County, California.
There is a new law that takes effect in July in California that as a multiple offender, Klein could be forced to use a Breathalyzer-type machine to start his car in future.
Oh no, how awful! A breathalyzer machine on his car?! A repeat offender shouldn’t be driving a car- at least for a good amount of time! Well, that’s my opinion. What’s yours?
