“The Real World: San Francisco” star Puck (real name David Rainey) was arrested on a DUI charge after a car accident that has left him and his 8-year-old-son, Bogart, in the hospital.
Rainey is also facing charges of child endangerment and driving without a license.
The accident took place near San Diego, were both are currently hospitalized.
Reportedly, sources close to Puck’s family said that he and Bogart were coming back on Friday from a fishing trip, when he swerved to avoid hitting a deer and lost control of the car.
However, CHP police reports say that Puck was unable to negotiate a curve in the roadway due to his level of intoxication.
According to TMZ, Puck suffered broken bones in both feet, his right hand and his neck; He also reportedly fractured his clavicle and sternum.
Puck’s son, Bogart reportedly suffered damage to his liver and bruised several internal organs in the accident.
