Corey Haim died from what police say was an accidental overdose at 3:30 a.m. PST on Wednesday (March 10).
Haim, who had a long history of substance-abuse problems, was found unresponsive at his apartment near Los Angeles, California. His mother was said to be with him at the time.
He was pronounced dead Providence St. Joseph’s Medical Center in Burbank.
Haim was very well known in the ’80s for starring in teen films such as, Lucas, The Lost Boys, License to Drive, and Dream a Little Dream. And more recently, he starred with friend, Corey Feldman in “The Two Coreys”, an A&E reality show that aired from 2007 to 2008.
He was 38. RIP
