Michael Lohan, the estranged father of Lindsay Lohan, was arrested Thursday (January 28) morning and charged with criminal contempt.
Apparently Lohan was arrested when he allegedly phoned ex-girlfriend Erin Muller at work January 21, which was in violation of a protection order Muller has on him.
In December 2009, Lohan’s attorney said his client is the victim of fabrications.
Uh huh, okay suuure.
