The Los Angeles County coroner has completed the autopsy on the Johnson & Johnson heiress, Casey Johnson. However, if any results were found, they are not being released at this time.
The LAPD had said that Johnson appeared to have died of natural causes. The autopsy did show “no evidence of trauma to the body,” according to the coroner’s office.
It may take up to eight weeks before the results of toxicology tests and microscopic studies of the body are back.
