Carly Pope , who stars on the hit series 24, was rushed to a Vancouver hospital yesterday, December 29, after a car thief drove her BMW into a wall, with Pope still inside!
Reports say that Pope’s brother was driving the vehicle when a man jumped onto the hood. Then Pope’s brother got out of the car to investigate, which gave the carjacker an opportunity to jump into the driver’s seat and take off.
Apparently the suspect hit three cars before crashing into a building. Pope, the suspect and a pedestrian were taken to a hospital and treated for their injuries. Pope was treated and released from the hospital the same day. The suspect was taken into custody.
Criminal charges are pending.
