And you thought you’d heard the end of it? Pfft.
Levi Johnston and the ongoing custody battle over his and Bristol Palin ‘s son Tripp, brings more news.
A judge has granted Johnston’s request to make the court proceedings open to the public.
Palin had requested to keep the custody case private saying that it would be best for their son, Tripp. She also asked for a gag order so no one involved in the proceedings could talk about the case and all files would be under anonymity.
Levi didn’t agree and his argument?
“I know that public scrutiny will simplify this matter and act as a check against anyone’s need to be overly vindictive, aggressive or malicious, not that Bristol would ever be that way, nor that I would. But her mother is powerful, politically ambitious and has a reputation for being extremely vindictive . . . So, I think a public case might go a long way in reducing Sarah Palin’s instinct to attack.”
However, Bristol denies his claims saying her “mother is not involved in the case” and believes Levi only wants to make the proceedings public “for his own self-promotion”.
No, no Levi Johnston! Him? He would want to be in the public and self-promote himself? Wow, who woulda thought?
We do hope it goes as smooth as possible for young Tripp and for ourselves. Who wants to hear even more of this case?

Either way, that kid is FFL
