Well now that Life with Derek is over, actress Ashley Leggat is busy shooting an MTV produced movie, in her hometown of Hamilton, Ontario, Canada.
Leggat, 23, just completed two weeks of shooting a MTV movie at Mohawk College and at a private residence in Dundas.
Leggat talks of her move, “Isn’t that crazy that I finally move out of Hamilton and then I come back here to shoot? When I lived here I couldn’t book a job here. Everything was in Toronto.”
In the movie, Ashley plays a cheerleader who bullies an unpopular girl’s effort to get on the cheerleading squad. Ashley says, “I play a very mean cheerleader.”
The movie is expected to hit theaters this spring.
