The papers have been filed!
Dean Sheremet has filed divorce papers on Thursday to dissolve his marriage to LeAnn Rimes.
In the petition, Sheremet is asking for Rimes to pay spousal support plus all attorney fees and costs. Also requests are being made to the court to NOT grant spousal support to Rimes.
The couple were married in 2002 and separated in July 2009 when news broke that Rimes was carrying on an affair with her former Lifetime movie costar, Eddie Cibrian.
And now Cibrian, who is married, with two children, to Brandi Glanville, is also getting a divorce from his wife.
As of late, Cibrian and Rimes have stepped out together recently, attending events in Hollywood as a couple.
