Miley Cyrus, the self-proclaimed “coolest person in the world”, sunbathes in a hot pink bikini with friends at Fountainbleau Resort in Miami Beach Thursday, December 3rd.
Miley, 17, wore sunglasses and her hot pink bikini (with rainbow-colored straps), was skimpy enough to reveal a tattoo beneath her left breast. In cursive writing, a tattoo reads “Just Breathe.”
The “legal age” to get inked in the U.S. is 18. But she might have gotten a permission slip signed by her parents. Way to go Billy Ray!
Her older brother Trace Cyrus is almost covered with tatts and recently said that he and their father, Billy Ray Cyrus, have matching tattoos. It was also mentioned at the time that Trace and Miley might be doing the same.

Okay…i was a little shocked about the tatoo, because after all she is “the” disney role model. She is known around the world as Hannah Montana, thats where it all started. i Personally found out that the tattoo is in memory of Vanessa, and if you read miles to go, then you’d understand. I think miley has showed us shes grown up and needs to take a break in that area. i love her, and i will support her, like i do britney spears. Miley is my Idol and i hope she understands that there are many, many, of us out there!

OH MY GOD! no one cares the legal age in england to get a tattoo is 18 as well im 16 and have 1 at the bottom of my back good on her shes 17 not 2 and the only bad thing about her bikini is that her paddings hanging out the bikini top ! seriously theres nothing wrong with her shes just trying to be a normal teenager but she hasnt been able to as she is famous i dont see why people cant just let her get on with it!

well I actually really don’t like miley, because I just think you don’t have to take naked pictures of yourself if you think you are grown up… Ofcourse I understand that she doesn’t want to do Hannah Montana anymore, but it is hard for the little children and she was in such a rush, I mean did you see her new music video “who owns my heart?” she is running half naked around! OK, she is 18, and doesn’t want to do Hannah Montana anymore, but it is still NO reason to be such a slut. I am sorry Hannah Montana fans, but think of the 7 year old girls they still think she is Hannah Montana so they will continue what she is doing, doesn’t matter if she is singing Best of Both worlds or running round naked, she will still be their idol!
