Fans of Alec Baldwin, oh wait, what am I saying? Okay never mind. Alec Baldwin is quitting acting in 2012 when his contract for his NBC show, 30 Rock expires.
Alec declares:
“I don’t have any interest in acting anymore.” At 51, he points out, “I’m not young, but I have time to do something else. I consider my entire movie career a complete failure. The goal of moviemaking is to star in a film where your performance drives the film and the film is either a soaring critical or commercial success, and I never had that.”
Well, Alec, you have had much more success than your brothers and they are still around… And whatever you choose to do Alec, good luck to you!
