Nicole Richie has been released from the hospital and is back home with her family.
As we previously reported, Nicole was hospitalized for pneumonia.
Boyfriend Joel Madden wrote on his website for his band, Good Charlotte.
“So I stepped off the plane after a month out of the country, and basically went straight to the hospital for the week. But don’t worry all is well and we are home with no problems. I was supposed to go into the studio a finish the last few vocals for the record, but that had to wait. Family first.”
Joel and Nicole have been together since 2006 and have 2 children together.
