Miley Cyrus celebrates her 17th birthday today!

However, Miley celebrated an ‘80s themed surprise birthday party in New York City last week.

Miley celebrated with family and, and yes, rumored boyfriend Liam Hemsworth, was there.

Miley’s birthday cake was made by Buddy Valastro, of TLC’s “Cake Boss.”

“They didn’t want a girly girl cake,” Buddy said, who created a vanilla cake with Madonna-inspired lace and a stage with purple accents – Miley’s favorite color. “It totally fit the theme. It was really awesome.”

Apparently, Miley loves the ‘80’s!  And sometimes, she forgets to wear all of her clothes.  Check out the pic above!
