Sherry Johnston, mother of Levi Johnston, has been sentenced to five years in jail, following a guilty plea to a drug charge stemming from her arrest in December 2008.

Sherry’s lawyer says she faces only two years of incarceration: Two of the five years were suspended, and she will receive one year of “good time” credit.  Sherry also has credit for the three months she’s already served.
 
She also faces three years of probation once she gets out of jail or off the ankle monitor.

Levi and sister, Mercede were in attendance for their mother’s sentencing.
