Kelly Clarkson is taking some critism these days about her weight, but she says that she doesn’t care what anyone says about her body.
Kelly appears on the cover of Self magazine, September 2009 issue.
Kelly tells the mag, “When people talk about my weight, I’m like, ‘You seem to have a problem with it; I don’t. I’m fine! My happy weight changes. Sometimes I eat more; sometimes I play more.”
For excersise, Kelly like to play golf, as well as Crossfit workouts, which includes sit-ups, squats and running.
Kelly says, “It’s like bootcamp! You never work out more than 35 minutes, but it’s so intense … It makes me feel like G.I. Jane. It’s very empowering. I feel like I can whup ass!”
“I do it totally for my psyche,” she explains about her workouts. “I’m much better when those endorphins are going. It’s a release. And I also love food, so there’s a payoff!”
Okay, great. But here’s the kicker. As I write this, I ponder “Why is the picture on Self magazine airbrushed if Kelly is “fine” with her weight?”
Thoughts???

Why should she lose weight? Really, it doesn’t matter. She can just magically have her fat removed with a computer. What a world we live in.
Isnt that hipcratical?
They airbrush everyone on the covers of magazines. But most people are in bikinis on the cover of Self. Kelly has to be fully clothes to pull it off
