The Los Angeles District Attorney’s office has issued a subpoena for Rihanna, and she will have to appear at Chris Brown’s June 22 preliminary hearing on felony charges.
On Thursday, LA Superior Court Judge Patricia Shnegg denied two motions filed by Brown’s attorney Mark Geragos, who had asked for LAPD records pertaining to the leak of a photo of a bruised Rihanna taken after Brown allegedly assaulted her on February 8. The judge also ruled that the leaked photo did not invalidate charges against Brown.
Chris has entered a plea of “not guilty”.
