An official at the Malawi welfare department confirms to the AP that Madonna has indeed filed adoption papers. A court in Malawi could hear her adoption case as early as Monday. A U.S. government official also confirms this.
She needs to worry about stabilizing herself now. She just went through a divorce and she wants to bring a child into her mess? What a shame!
