As we reported, Howie Mandel was hospitalized in Canada with an irregular heartbeat on Monday. Howie was kept overnight for some tests and observation. On Tuesday, Howies rep stated: “Howie has been released from the hospital and will be back at work tomorrow. He appreciates everyones concern.” David Cook and Kimberly Caldwell have called it quits. “Kimberly and David ended their relationship just before the holidays. The couple remain good friends and being very private people, appreciate their privacy at this time.” They had started their relationship last May.
