Reese Witherspoon and Jake Gyllenhaal went on a double date with Robert Downey Jr. and his wife, Susan, last week.

The two couples met up to go hiking on the trails of Ojai — where Witherspoon has a farm vacation home about 80 miles outside of Los Angeles — the day after Christmas.

The Downeys stayed for dinner and slept over Reese’s beautiful Ojai estate.

Jake and Robert costarred in the 2007 David Fincher-directed crime thriller Zodiac.
